I was wondering about Moise. The band is blacklisted, but their album sounds like predominantly modern heavy metal. Could I please get an opinion on it?

It was blacklisted in 2019 for this same material after being evaluated by three different mods who all agreed it was more hard rock than metal. Blacklisting stays for now.
