I tried submitting this one-man-band from Hungary when their first self-titled full-length was released, but was rejected for not being metal enough. I personally didn't bother with their second full-length "Cerulean"; it is a metal album in my opinion, but it does not contain significantly more metal elements than their previous rejected release.
HOWEVER, just recently they released a third full-length "Cosmic Leviathan", which I think is undoubtedly a metal album. While previous releases were more half-half when it comes to metal elements, this one is predominantly metal. Long ambient intros/outros are still present, along with genre shifts, but they aren't nearly as dominant. The riffs are far more prominent, with even guitar solos present in many of the songs, while the electronic/experimental elements are there more to compliment the metal elements.
Here is a link to the album, to see for yourself:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBU8LQPtCCY - Title track. Ambient intro and reggae section, but it's pretty brief, with majority of the song being metal.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuO42sUYPlc - A fully metal song, only genre-shifts to occur are between metal genres. (Unless you count the few seconds of noise transitions.)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8-nR7EH7-c - One of the longer intro/outro sections, but still mostly metal
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMbC5kOFIf8 - Just to include a more borderline case: This one has a long ambient/noise intro and a dubstep drop in the middle, but the metal still outweighs those elements. This isn't a dubstep song with some metal inserted, this is a metal song with some dubstep in the middle.
There is only one entirely non-metal track on the album (Tinnitus). The rest falls into the above categories.
