I personally think this is acceptable, but it looks like there was a consensus from the other mods that it wasn't metal. Blacklisting stays for now.

I haven´t read the previous message posted.

I would actually appreciate to be explained what exactly UNQUALIFIES our music from being on this site, because that´s the genre we advertise and play, so you can understand why I feel disappointed.

The consensus between mods was that it is more rooted in Hard Rock than Metal.

Well, this consensus is quite surprising to me! When we make our songs we focus about creating metal, and we hardly listen to any hard rock song...
For sure, vocals are not "super aggressive", mostly sung and with little growling, but still we believe we are more "intense" than simple heavy metal stuff: we use some blast beats, technical drumming (I´m the drummer and mixing guy), and metal orientated riffs.
Of course, I´ve read the page´s rules, and I am aware that mods ARE to decide what sounds "metal" to them, but I also play in another band listed on this page: https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Absinthe/98665 , and our approach isn´t so different.
In consequence, I would ask if you could be kind enough to reconsider your consensus, and perhaps whitelist my band.

We already checked it. Some mods were okay with it, but even more weren't. Hence the blacklisting.
It will stay that way till the next release (at least).

Thanks anyway for your effort, I´m glad to know at least a part of you guys see us as metal, and it is too bad another part don´t (naughty boys!).
I won´t complain any longer anyway. By the way, what do you call a release? Is it our next recording material? Or is it something different?

The next recorded material that gets released. Whether that's an album, EP or demo doesn't matter (in most cases).
