Soviet/Russian band Markiza was deleted last year for being "hard rock". While they indeed became much softer on their 2nd and 3rd album, I think their debut (Молитва атеиста) might qualify. It sounds as a borderline case to me.

The whole album can be listened here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbWdexif73E , and there are starting points for each song in the description.

Track by track (in my humble opinion):
1. Послушай, мой друг - this one sounds acceptable to me, 80's traditional (melodic) metal
2. Ты был мой герой - more of a hard 'n' heavy hybrid
3. Эй, давай, приятель! - this one is hard rock, but with some metal touches
4. Молитва атеиста - the album's only ballad
5. Знаю - this 8-minute epic sounds completely metal to me
6. Ворон-викинг - another metal track, IMHO
7. Утрата - this one shows more of a hard rock side of the band
8. Тьма и заря - another metal track

Even if we exclude track 2, heavier tracks account for about 21min out of 37min of the total running time, as the two longest tracks (5 and 6) belong to this category.

Without listening, you're telling me that this album is a bit above 50% metal (by your calculations) and then the rest of their discography isn't. This seems like a perfect deletion to me...

Well, then I accept it. I am completely fine with that. However, with the inclusion of Fate (one hard 'n' heavy hybrid out of 7 albums), Olympic (one h'n'h album out of 30 or so albums), Eclipse from Sweden (one metal/hard rock hybrid out of 7 albums), I don't think my question is completely out of place.

Me and another mod agreed this was more rock than metal. Yes, there are metal tracks but none of the albums is predominantly metal, blacklisting stays.

Thank you for the answer and clarification. Although I (obviously) disagree on their debut, I can see your (and the other moderators) point and accept and respect it.
