I'd like to see if the Netherlands grind band Stoma could be re-submitted. I understand it was blacklisted for being bass/noise driven goregrind, but their 2012 album 'The Glorification of Sexual Depravation' sounds a lot more structured and metallic. It was brought up in a previous appeals forum, but no one ever gave it a response as to whether or not it was acceptable. I was also curious of what material earned the blacklisting. Their 2001 split with LDOH is absolutely in line with the blacklist note, but even their 2004 album sounds much more riffy to my ears. There's other material besides the albums, but I'll just link them for now.
