I think the late Tony Mills should be reevaluated for his albums Vital Signs (2008) and Over My Dead Body (2015). Both sound predominantly like modern Queensrÿche to my ear. Here are the full albums for consideration. Thanks!

Looks like he got brought up a couple of times over the years for those albums, but they never really got properly looked at. Deserves another look, since this certainly is not "jazzy rock" as the blacklist describes it.
