According to Old Appeals, it was blacklisted back then because the Mini-LP from 1985 wasn't officially released. Well, it has been finally released as cassette through Leyenda Records. Said to be official:

The Leyenda Records version is already listed at Discogs, it is marked as an official reissue, the album was re-mastered and the tape is limited only to 100 copies. Two people on Discogs are already owning it- or at least they claim it:

I'd still like to see confirmation from the label that it's publicly available. Shouldn't be too much to ask for.

To sum up:
- 100 copies
- take out the copies that band members wish for their own.
- then, take out the copies the label keeps for regular buyers (whose sales may take place privately).

Given it's been more than a month since the ad, it's very likely that this is never publicly put on sale.

In the case there's a considerable amount of copies left out by band members (let's say 50 copies), would still qualify this kind of "club good" release as legit? Would it be considered a private release?

I contacted the label for more details and they said they do have 60 copies available, but only for "regular buyers of Leyenda Records for their support". That still seems acceptable, therefore whitelisted. It will be nice to finally see them on MA.
