Hi! I tried to submit Autumn's Rapture (Australia) and it says the band was blacklisted. The band is an ambient black metal project - it seems it was declined after first demo that is more ambient than black metal - but the second demo "In Obscure Night's Oblivion" released recently is clearly a black metal (it starts after intro at 2:03 mark):

So in my opinion it should be added to the database based on this release
