Listened this band recently and I think they deserves a whitelist. These guys played a mix of avant-garde metal and grindcore.

This has no date nor blacklist note, but listening to the album, it sounds like it's not playing metal for the majority of the time. There's lots of 90s noise rock riffs, avant-garde "carnival riffs", and non-metal grindcore, with the metal influences only being one influence along the rest of those. Blacklisting seems fine to stay IMO.
