Is Dismalimerence blacklisted for being not metal or because the album is not out yet? It will be released on this friday by the way, so if it's not for musical reasons when do you think to whitelist them?

Pretty sure this band was blacklisted when someone submitted it before they released a valid album. Can you whitelist it? Thanks.
