Hi there!

I just tried to submit Whisper of Runes (Russia) also known as Whisper of Runes (Шёпот Рун) - as per the band member Alexey's page on Encyclopaedia Metallum: The Metal Archives (https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Alexey/32721), but, apparently it's blacklisted.

The band has an album Templum Victoriae (CD) available on Militant Zone (https://www.metal-archives.com/labels/M ... Zone/43982) at http://militant.zone/the-whisper-of-run ... victoriae/

Can you please tell me why it was blacklisted?

Was the 2020 album 'Crystal Knight' ever brought up for reevaluation or was it what got them blacklisted? The album originally linked was just neofolk but the 2020 album (while having entire neofolk songs and passages) I think could pass as some pagan/folk/black metal, though it's admittedly borderline.

It was blacklisted in 2019, so no. I listened to the album and conferred with another mod, and while it has more metal in it, the album overall is still not predominantly metal.
