The band's discography is mostly core centred metalcore and is unacceptable but their 1997 EP, "Lifeless" is definitely more on the metal side and could almost be taken as death/thrash. Nothing came up on my search but I'm gonna gather that the band's later material is what got them blacklisted but with the change of certain rules in recent years, maybe that EP can be re-evaluated for a possible submission.

I'm not a mod but the band isn't blacklisted.

It just got rejected, probably due to being rooted in hardcore punk. From green to red.

The band has just released a brand new EP called "Inferno".

Is this metal enough to consider re-evaluation?

All the songs are in the playlist below.

When I submitted these guys in 2020, I had gone off of just the lifeless EP but never listened to the album "Yesterday is Time Killed", given it a few blasts and it sounds riffy enough for a look

This sounds way more hardcore than metal to me. Sorry, man.

Band's discography is mostly hardore but the very first album has been called "early deathcore" by some journalist somewhere if i can recall (im not gonna go look for the link)

theres def some deathy riffs on this but idk if it would make the band passable with a generally otherwise-hardcore discography

Some deathy riffs won't do. They have to be a predominant trait and here that is not the case. This is more hardcore than metal.
