Can Tusk, the famous project by Pelican members, be evaluated based on The Resisting Dreamer for being experimental sludge/post-metal? It's rather reminiscent of their later work as Pelican. It seems the last time this band had been brought up was 2008.

Apparently this was brought up for addition as a non-metal side-project in 2008.
It's also actually not blacklisted.

Now think about whether you think it's metal enough and then submit or, well, don't.

Tusk had an old demo released in 2018 on the DuPage County Hardcore Bandcamp page (a legit page that uploads old demos from the Chicago area). This probably wasn't considered when they were submitted. Can they be given a re-evaluation please?

Sounds generally hardcore to me. And generally, looking at the length of the other Tusk albums. A four minute demo won't be enough considering the other LPs the band has.

I dunno, I'm a guitarist and it always feels like playing a giant cock. Not just that but live music should hit you in the genitals. It might not if you don't use good amplifiers and your modelling shit goes straight out of the PA. But good music hits you HARD in the GENITALS.
