No results appeared me from the origin of their blacklisted, they sound potentially acceptable and interesting to appeal/add them based only on their EP from 2009. Since the another releases are predominantly core and I think that the blacklisted came for one of the another releases, so I just want to appeal and add them based only on the EP.

There's no blacklist note, so this was a pre-2012 blacklisting. I'll whitelist them for a proper review on the queue.

As far as I can tell, no. He built a bare-bones draft, never submitted it, and then deleted it. He deactivated his account a few months after.

It's still off the blacklist, so feel free to submit, GOM.
