The band has been added together with website links and bandcamp songs, together with full album stream. Still it was rejected a few times by moderator. There's plenty of other bands, that were submitted having literally no record on the account. Question is, do they want the physical copy? If yes, where to send it.

The issue is that there is no valid release.
As I told you, a youtube stream is not a valid release by our standards and only 2 of the 4 songs are on bandcamp.

What you should also consider is that ther are in fact not "plenty of other bands" with no record (or at least there shouldn't be). Just because there is nothing listed in their discography doesn't mean they don't have a valid release. Usually that simply means there is one crucial bit of information missing to add the release to their discography which is why they are only mentioned in the band's additional notes.

What that means. Upload full album on bandcamp with a demo cover? I'm really worried about the future releases with such a strict moderation. For example Spirit of Metal is adding bands to their database without that suspicious security checks. Noone is trying to rob you. YouTube stream is official.

I am not a moderator, but yI wold advice you to read the rulesof the website. it's not a matter of security checks, it's a matter of what is considered a valid relase by the site standars . The Spirit Of Metal site has other , very low standards, an thet's their own choice. iIt also shows something about the quality of their database, something quite negative. This site has however other standards, as shwn below:

You have it all explained in the site rules, to which I have pointed you. It's under the headline va"valid albums" only, there you have explained , what proofs you need for a valid album. Digital album must have a cover and must be either downloadable from an official source, or be streamable from sites like Spotiy and a few other mentioned there. Youtube is not among them and streams on Youtube are explicitly described as unvalid and unacceptable.

It's all written there, either in the rules or the news post I posted above.
It's not really a strict system we have currently. Stricter than Spirit of Metal, sure, but that's because SoM is more a metal community with some sorta database attached. We're the other way around.
All we need is a release that is either
a) physical (CD, Tape,...)
b) a download (Bandcamp, iTunes)
c) streamable on a major platform that was actually designed for this exact purpose (Spotify, Deezer)

Youtube is one of the very few sources we don't consider valid because it's first and foremost a video hosting platform.
