Hey guys, Altesia is a progressive metal band from France that coverkillernation listed as #20 of his best albums of 2019, and they have been blacklisted by a slim margin. They are going to be releasing their sophomore album Embryo on the 16th of October and I think it is worth reconsideration by the MA team. I have already listened to the album via promo and I think there are enough metal elements to be included in MA. Thank you for your time and consideration, and let me know how it goes.

Please wait until the album is officially out and bring it up then.

Altesia came out with a new progressive metal album. Please do take some time to reevaluate its inclusion in MA.

The thread was literally on the first page, dude. "DO NOT make duplicate threads for bands that already have threads." I think that's pretty clearly stated in the rules.

Me and two other mods checked this album. While it is a more compelling case than their first one, it's still fairly ambiguous in terms of metalness. Some parts are convincingly metal but most of it is still fairly based in rock. All in all, this won't make the cut. Sorry.
