Hello.
This band was rejected some time ago, but kind of forgot about it.
So, it was rejected due to the following reason:

"We have judged the band's digital release(s) to be too amateur/rough (ex. unprofessional rehearsal demos) or generally insufficient (ex. digital singles) according to our guidelines. At present, the band isn't acceptable. If applicable, please wait until there are valid digital albums or physical releases of existing ones. If the band has in fact a physical release already, provide clear proof."

The thing is that the band's single isn't really too short, it's almost 9 minutes long and it's available on trustworthy websites like Bandcamp and Spotify. I was told that, in order to be accepted, a single most have, at least, 5 minutes of length.

Thanks.

Yeah, about that. The new rule is that we need at least two digital singles to have a clearer picture of the band's sound. If it's one lengthier track mod discretion may be exercised but the rule is at least two digital singles. If there is one single available as physical release that is acceptable, so the rules don't really change in that regard. Otherwise, it's a minimum of at least two digital singles.

Understood.
An hypothetical question: if a band releases two or three singles that are undoubtely metal, but they all sum up to be below 5 minutes of length, would that be enough for approval?
