Barely put the band on site and was denied
The band has three songs, two original and a cover, they release a new video for the Flat Earth yesterday and the songs appears on the physical (only) EP until now. This EP was released in a concert July 2nd as I described on additional information of the EP page and later will be released on streaming platforms
Why can not be accepted with this physical EP?

That link isn't working for me at all. Since you claim all this, why didn't you provide any evidence in the submission notes? You were told already to link all the necessary information and evidence and yet you failed to do it once again. Yes, I checked only Spotify where the singles were. And no, it's not our job to dig through the band's social media pages in search of the proof. It's your job as a submitter to provide evidence of a physical release in the submission notes. I managed to find this now https://web.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 0..&type=3 so I guess there is proof. But as a submitter, the burden of proof is on you. So if you don't want your bands getting quickly rejected, don't leave the submission notes empty again.

And regardless of that, the band got blacklisted for being nu-metal. So yeah, no technicality issues this time.

Hi
The band released debut album past friday 09/09/23. They described themselves as symphonic metalcore. Will it still blacklisted with the release or no?

Sounds mostly like nu-metal/alternative rock with a symphonic/gothic twist, hardly any metalcore here. So yes, the blacklisting will remain.
