Rejected due to "lack of evidence of a valid release".
Material prior to ca. 2010 was self-released, but I've found a zine with an actual review of his second album and it makes reference to "selling recordings" and "Buy the latest Madness Reign album if you feel like laughing" (zine is in French):

As far as actual quality of the material is concerned, that is a matter of personal taste, we're discussing whether or not the project qualifies as belonging to the site. A one man band of an individual only slightly saner than Varg, but the riffs are very much heavy/thrash and the good sir did indeed put forth music CD's at one point in time. At least locally.

It was rejected and blacklisted for being not metal and lacking a valid release. And personally I don't think that review piece is sufficient to be considered as evidence of VR in this case.

"Not metal" yet myriad deathcore bands and other specimens have been allowed on the site in recent years. :nono: (the "No more -core bands" request on the front page a few years past, so much for that)

Sure, it's minimalist as all hell and quality isn't exactly his watchword, but if there were a quality threshold in place then you'd have to purge scores of Bandcamp acts and parody projects from the site. Case in point, everybody can submit his shit garage band of choice so long as the riffs are metallic and there's a VR (a few acts from the French Black Legions spring to mind). This exceptional individual's riffs are indeed metallic (listen to "Social Fucker" and tell me I'm a liar) and if that review wasn't sufficient, you may scroll to the bottom of this page and note that the highlighted album ("Vampire") was indeed released on mp3 dot com when that site was still a thing.

His music is indeed goofy but at the end of the day, it remains metal. Which is the metric by which we're gauging eligibility of bands, supposedly.
