"Celestial" (Indonesia) is blacklisted, and thus has been pre-emptively rejected for not meeting the requirements to be listed on this site.

Why?
I just want add this band to Metal Archives and I will submit to queue when August 9th, 2023.

Their album has been released today (9 August 2023). There has been a CD release as well as digital.

The blacklist note just says "ambient"; based on this album, I'm not even sure if it's referring to the same band. At quick glance, this seems like enough to at least be given a full evaluation in the queue. It's been whitelisted.
