This may have been blacklisted because of being submitted too often with having only been featured on the legendary Roxcalibur compilation, which has 7 bands on it. They finally have their own official release upcoming on September 6th, and may be able to be removed from the blacklist for a submission on that day.

I'm thinking it's going to be the second one that's currently blacklisted, as the note says "Pop/Rock", which doesn't sound accurate to the Roxcalibur band. I'll set a reminder to whitelist this on the 6th so the Roxcalibur band can have an evaluation.
