It's blacklisted. The band I'm trying to submit released "Råtten på insiden" in 2023. (Artwork here.) No samples online at the moment, I could upload some if need be, but the style is like... black metal / blues rock I guess? Does this sound like what's on the blacklist, or is it a different band?

Yes, it's the same band. It got blacklisted for being riffless non-metal.
