I’m pretty sure Nuclear Rabbit, the avant-garde metal band from California, is heavy enough. It’s like a heavier Primus crossed with first album Mr. Bungle. Why were they blacklisted?

This description should give a pretty good idea of why. There's hardly a single metal riff to be heard in this. It's a random mishmash that's hardly anything, let alone predominantly metal. Also, being heavy is not necessarily a synonym for being metal. That's why this is called the Metal archives, not heavy music archives.
