Can Firebird (the NWOBHM, not the blues rock band) be judged to see if the name can be freed up from the blacklist temporarily in order to submit the band I'm talking about?

The song Change has some heavy metal moments but overall the vocals are more traditional hard rock/nwobhm

And who exactly asked for your opinion? Don't post in the appeals if you have nothing to contribute other than your opinion on band's acceptability/unacceptability.
