The band was rejected for not being metal. It's an mettalic hardcore with death metal vocals and some old school death riffs, here's the Album:

It's been 13 days since the band was blacklisted, and you linked the same album it was blacklisted on. It's non-metallic hardcore, which is not a metal genre. You're more than welcome to appeal the band in the future if they release a metal album.
