I know the site has done lists before (it's been a while), but I'm pretty sure they haven't made one based on a decade before. I'd love to helm a user based voting list like this, as I always love seeing how these things turn out. I would have put this in the Metal sub-forum where it would have more eyeballs, but I figured I'd best suggest it to both the mods and the users.
