Is there a particular format/template that we should be following when we list compilation appearances on band pages? It seems like almost every single band has a different format; some have a header like "compilation appearances" followed by some complex bullet-point list, while others just have repetitious, individual "Appears on this CD..." notes, over and over.

And up until now, I've just tried to follow what each page was doing. But the more of these things I find, it just seems like there should be some sort of uniformity here.

No ironclad standard, really. Just try to be consistent and clear.

Personally, I use something like

Code:
Compilation appearances:
- TITLE (YEAR, FORMAT, LABEL, with the song(s) 'SONG1', 'SONG2')
