I'm new to this site and I wanted to insert some new metal bands from my local habitation. I was doing now the first entry for a band, but when I try to submit an album, it's said "Please select a format for each component."

So I know my english is very poor but even with translation programs I can't find the hell out what is wanted from me. I saw another forum topic about this, but nothing there helped (sitting here since 2hrs lol).

Does anybody has a solution that might help? As it's known the most computer problems sit between keyboard and chair.

You have to select a format for the release you are adding, like CD, Digital, Vinyl, etc. It's the field right above the tracklist, the dropdown menu saying "(Format)".
