I've noticed several times this error, in additional notes or in recording info.

In Italy "GR" stands for "Grosseto", a Tuscany province. So don't write things like this:

"Recorded at Studio X, Roselle, Greece", if you see in booklet or site of the local band the above mentioned letters (usually written "(GR)", after another city/village name, part of that province), because it's not Greece, it's Italy.

A good method to avoid such errors, it's to leave the exact writing that you see, so if you read "GR" (or "(GR)"), leave that, without "translate" in Grosseto or Greece.
