Hi, ran into a catch-22 moment...
Changed email and password on the website, not getting any confirmation email (checked spam folder) and can't log in any more. The forum login still works with the old info. I'm using the email domain @opayq.com and I'm guessing it may have been blacklisted.

Any assistance would be appreciated, cheers!

Hmm, is the email in your profile a real address? It looks like a random jumble of letters... If so, do you have a way to whitelist [email protected] to make sure you receive the email?

Yes it is correct.
I'm using Blur since many years now, it can generate email aliases that look like that.
Emails are forwarded to a proper account that I never disclose. Whitelisting isn't a problem.

Got a unique email for every account these days, thanks hackers everywhere... dnt.abine.com if you want to check it out.
If there's ever any spam from one of the aliases, poof deleted - plus I'll know exactly where it came from.

OK, so try whitelisting that address and then request another confirmation email with the password reset form.

Sadly doesn't seem like anything is being sent.
Confirmation emails sometimes take a while to arrive but I generally don't expect several hours or days wait.
I also double-checked the inbox with Blur's website to see if any emails haven't been forwarded. Alas, nothing there.

Hmm, OK. I re-activated your account manually. You can use the jumble of characters from your email address (before the @) as the temporary password, and then change that to whatever you want in your profile.

Let me know if you're still having issues.

Well, different error at least... tried clearing cookies, another browser, tried old password.
I have enabled email notifications in the forum and they work fine.

edit: I'm assuming the email addresses registered to my account are the same for both website and forum.

Uh, sorry, I'm dumb. I'll PM you a new password.

Hmm, so you receive the forum emails but not the main site's? Interesting...
