Les Legions Noires, or the French Dark Legions. It's a group of guys that lived together in a castle recording evil music and torturing small animals.

http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=116016 Yigael's Wall
Already in the archives

http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=101812

The difference here is the apostraphe. I think the older page has the incorrect apostraphe. So the new one should be deleted and old one corrected. ? I Think

deleted the newer one, the old page has a standard apostrophe. I don't know what exactly was that other signal, though it was awfully similar.

I have deleted TakeDeath, their demo is for download only - not a physical release.
When they will release something in physical form in the future, they can be reaccepted.

Thanks, I will check them later, but do not report LLN bands please (except Boreb), if they will be discussed, then separately when the time is ripe.

http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=24186. This band should be removed, none of the releases were released on any label, and it's unsigned.

It's still predominantly folk music and doesn't belong.

Yes, but the rule says it should be on a LABEL with world wide distribution. Also, i agree with reaper, i heard all their material a few months back, it is mostly folk. Any mod's opinion?

The primary distinction is that it is "metal" and this is the "Metal-Archives," the quality of the music therein is of no consequence.

Indeed, the recording and overall quality is terrible, but from compository sight, it is hearably structured metal and not just pure noise.

With the long hair and being on code666 it might be a side-project.

What? I looked at that when the Bremian linked to it, and I didn't see the problem.

There was only song for download at their homepage, nothing that would indicate a physical release or ordering info.

Hi

http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=101542 ; i think this one was a mistake. I´ve submitted them based on a old fanzine saying that they were Heavy Metal
http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/3629/impj7.jpg
, but now that the demos have surfaced
http://portugalunderground.blogspot.com ... ?q=inercia
I see that they are just Rock or Grunge :ugh:

This is not an official release from the band, the song was only released as an MP3 by the band anyone can rip the song to a CD-R man I know what I am talking about the band never released an official CD-R I have the single since 2005 and it's not an official release it's a CD-R circulating between fans I myself made more then 10 copies lol

Thats the point I wanted to clear before if you still remember, if such bands are going to be accepted in MA I have a list to add then (including Tristmoon)

Why are these guys still here? Last time i brought it up there was no conclusion. There's no release. Their site says that they were recording a demo, and the last activity of them i could find on the internet was a gig in 2005. The release shown in the additional notes section of their page is the titles of the songs from the lyrics section of their site. There's no evidence of a demo on their site and nowhere on the internet.

These bands

http://www.metal-archives.com/index.php
and
http://www.metal-archives.com/index.php

the top one is the former for the band and the one below is the new one .. the only thing is they both have the same release .. it doesnt say whether it was re-recorded or anything

i guess what im trying to say is that how can a changed name band have the same release as its old name? if u no what i mean :P
