Seems to be adding track lengths to Kroda (Ukr) - Fünf Jahre Kulturkampf one by one.

some folks are in desperate need for some punishment:

http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=249712
http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=248650

Why? Look at the release date! 2010.

If the tracklisting and release date is finalized I don't see a problem with it. The 2nd one though doesn't have track names up so that should probably be removed.

No, I have deleted the first one as well. The exact release date must be known which was not the case.
To the mod who deleted the second one: who was the culprit so he can get his punishment?

Can anyone figure out what desgarramiento is doing? I swear he was at 100 or so points a day or two ago, and now he's past 200. He's been updating bands alphabetically. It just seems to reek of that Hannibal character a year and a half ago, especially since the email address is at yahoo.es like Hannibal's dursted accounts.

Incorrect track lengths? If nothing significant has changed and you know, then just refer band pages and any changes you do manage to find.

Hmm, I don't think he's touching track lengths. Take one of the bands he recently updated, Necrobiosis (Fin). The Google cache of the demo shows it was last updated August 1, and the track lengths are already there. The same goes for the split release.

Otherwise, all I can say is that he's probably adding links or changing up names in either songs, lyrics, or alternate names / whatever. That's the most common method for point padders - you know, capitalize a letter or two, put a space between something, etc.

I thought you were a mod and I was going to say just take his points away, but no you just have a ridiculous amount of points

Well... where the Godoff release by Barbaros? Was it deleted by a mod or did it vanish in the server-move-thing? A 2009 promo demo, which I own.

edit: it is there ... the cache was just not up-to-date. I needed to update the page anyway... should be there now.

Points removed and warning sent

It turned out he's John Chedsey. I've told him to submit his reviews instead of just adding links to his site.

User trollfolk added "violence" to Spasticated Razor Masturbator's lyrical themes. I checked out their lyrics on myspace and they have nothing to do with anything violent.

I've sent him a warning and removed some points.

Some instructions on what kinds of links you shouldn't add now appear whenever you click to add links. I hope this will decrease our problems with useless links.

No, there's more freedom of posting in the trading board. He doesn't post more than once per day so I guess it's OK.

oh ok. i just noticed that everybody does it in the trading board; some posting over 100 times lol. do you have any idea about the 'fake profile' that godess6 used? Zorg85 mentioned something about it but was unclear

I already told the guy that he couldn´t do that but hes keeps on addiong those to his discography.
He´s that kind of person that likes to have everything "his own way".

He´s always asking me to change the notes on the releases, or 'cause it has an extra blank space or this or that... whatever...

He´s not bad intentioned , he´s just a perfectionist, i guess.

^ Yeah, I know what you are talking about. There was a German band once who had also nothing better to do than sending me mails (MySpace) about every tiny issue they wanted to have changed. That is what an ignore-list is good for.

What is user SatanicSupremacie doing on tons of band pages? This is highly suspicious. Yesterday he had 44 points, and now he's up to 341. It must be something with releases, if anything at all.

nasgathsuthburg is also adding shit on newly added bands

ex: The Intravenous, he added Intravenous as alternate/former name

then you can do this to all bands starting with THE (and there are a lot)

I just stumbled upon this... what do you mean i don't understand seriously?!
Im registered here since a year and if i wanted to spread 'chaos', i would have done it long before!
44 points? are you sure?
Anyway, i never paid attention to the points...

sincerely,

1. You did not register here a year ago
2. You aren't a veteran, so you can't mindlessly spread chaos unless it was useless album info or maybe even links (can't remember).
3. 44 points yesterday - 341 today? Highly, highly, highly suspicious. However, how did no one notice a near 300 point boost until now?

Perhaps because it did not happen dude! I don't distribute the points!
Like a i said, i don't pay much attention to the points, therefore i don't know how and according to what points are given!

I made some minor updates on french/swedish bands i appreciate so far. that's it (links to tabs ect and informations concerning some releases, all is allowed, i did read the rules).

Anyway, I don't want to quarrel over a matter of points,i think it's really unjustified (in my case at least)

Sincerely,
