Hello

I am the author of the last.fm ff-plugin.

I just wonder if you could fix the temp search to forward to google. This would not be a big script.

PHP code for the temp search
<?php
$q = isset($_GET['string']) ? $_GET['string'] : '';
header('Location: http://www.google.com/search?q=' . $q . '&sitesearch=metal-archives.com');
?>

Isn't that pretty much what it does already, only keeeping the left frame? It'd annoy me if the menu disappeared after finding a band.

Does anyone know how to directly link to the "I'm feeling lucky" function? I'm programming a metal archives browser right know and I want to add a "temporary google search" function, but can't find the syntax for this "I'm feeling lucky" button, which would save lots of time when searching for bands...

Among other things it will contain some comfortable functions like making an album list and adding all albums in that list to your MA collection at once.
The program also only uses the server-load intensive Standard-Search when it doesn't find proper results by using google search. It will take some time but I think it will turn out quite useful.
