Was there a particular reason from the direction of the mods that Blackthorn was deleted from Mayhem's past members, or was that just some random user who thought it would be fun to delete stuff from the Mayhem page? I'd have re-added him already, but I'm just trying to make sure that it wasn't some official decision that was made for some reason.

I never seen him under mayhem's band members any time before, it happens with me 1 time i added ex-Mayhem for Snorre Ruch in Thorns page and it was removed too.

Really, he should be acknowledged. From what I remember, he even wrote some of the riffs on DMDS (as well as all the other stuff he did with them). I always wondered why he wasn't on there.
