There is an old Australian band whose photo is not listed. Unfortunately the only photo that seems to be in existence is from the back of their one and only EP which would be fine except that it has the song titles and label information partially covering some of the photo.

Just wondering whether there are any objections to using this image or if I should just skip it.

I think if it's the only picture of them available it's better than nothing.

I say that if there is nothing better than the photo will do for now until something better IS found.

And of course as long as the text isn't covering their faces and 75% of the photo.
