Some countries of the list shouldn't be listed there: Guyana, Martinique, New Caledonia & Réunion. These aren't countries but french oversea departements (except for New Caledonia but it still belongs to France). There are 5 bands concerned which should be moved to France (and put in the city: "Schoelcher, Martinique" for ex.).

We've already had that discussion. They'll stay until Morri changes her mind.
