On M.A. Tommy Lee is past member of Motley Crue, but, I read in one interview that he will stay with Crue, so what is true?

It was reported a few days ago by Lee himself, his manager and Motley Crue that he is no longer a member of the band. This information can be found at numerous sources including Blabbermouth.net, unless the interview you are referring to has occurred within the last two days then no he is not a member of Motley Crue.

Just looking at the more current reports. It appears that he is claiming now that he isn't leaving the band, however since the band has said nothing, since saying that he is no longer a member of Motley Crue I question whether he is saying that with the hopes that their obvious issues will be resolved, or as an official statement that he is still in the band in their eyes as well. Band drama, lovely.

Yes obviously, the question at hand is whether the band still considers him a member, his self-delusions aside. Since they haven't confirmed his status as in the band since their reports of his departure I question whether he really is. Oh and to clarify I wasn't the one who put him as a former member I was just aware of teh dramas.

Since there cwas no official statement by the band, he is still a member. It is obvious, that some users do not even bother to validate anything they read on blabbermouth. They should go to the band page first, in such cases.

I meant more official evidence from the band, just because one individual thinks they are still in the band doesn't mean they are.

For instance we kicked a bass player out and yet he still kept showing up at practice.

In this case since the first source on his departure was his scalded manager who is being sued by the band, it should indefinently be taken with a grain of salt.

I was agreeing with you Witcher that he should remain a member here, just in case there was some confusion.

Apaprently now Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue is saying Lee is no longer a member and will not be missed.
