Hey, I was wondering if we could include record label as a category in the search. It would also be nice to know which label released which album (or, if it was released by different labels at different points in time).

Perhaps this is in the advanced search, but I don't have it (at least not on the computer I'm on). If so, I suppose that suffices... but it would be nice to be able to click in a band's profile on the record label and have it linked to all the other bands on that label.

On that note, it would also be worthwhile to show not only what label the band is on currently, but what labels it has been signed to in the past. I don't know what this would entail, or if it's going to be in the fabled "version 2" but it would be nice.

Please forgive me if this topic has already been a target of discussion, as I have been frequenting the boards much less often these days.

It is in the drop down menu of the search. Which you will have if you log in. In the advanced search you can search for albums on a certain label.
