im just passing around to say that in these few days i tried to submit a band called "The Blackest Incarnation", this guys just have taken their demo out, and it's real, but i submitted it, and they reject my submission, why does this happended?

PS: they trade the demo themselves, they do not take support from any shop, amazon, etc...

Because I need more proof - picture of the whole demo, review at a trustful site, distro entry, ordering information at a trustful site, songsamples (i do not remember if they were included). We cannot trust a submitter we do not know and info about an unknown underground band blindly.

And with such a band name impossible to search anything on Google...

Exactly, the users should provide as much info as possible. The moderators should primarily validate the info and band's metalness, not to supply the user's work. The users are rewarded for their informative submission by the fact, that their name is listed at the band's page here. That is the general idea, how it should work.

so if I show any trustable page were the rest can find the demo, the band will be admitted?

If you own the demo a picture of it would be reliable proof. Unless it's just a blank CD-R.
