Ok, so I found this message on Angra's offical Myspace:

"While Angra takes a break after another tour, you can check Almah in a city nearby soon. Almah started as the solo project of singer Edu Falaschi, but now it's actually a band formed by:

Edu Falaschi - Vocals
Marcelo Barbosa - Guitars
Felipe Andreoli - Bass
Fabio Laguna - Keys
Aquiles Priester - Drums"

I'm taking this to mean that Edu Falaschi's solo band is now turning into a "real" band under the name Almah, and I think it should be changed to that on this website. The album says "Edu Falaschi" on it, but there are other similar cases such as http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=16391 and http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=50930

We will see how the situation develops with further releases. If the fact above will be confirmed in several other interviews in a non-doubtful way, it will be changed

The project's definitely called Almah, and it's been known that way since before the album was even released, I can attest it.
