Did they got rejected cause of lack of proofs? Cause the band is rehearsing and giging at the moment but they have not released a demo yet. I just want to know.

Yes, that is the reason, but say, why haven't you read the rules, before making a submission- you are even told to do so, when you enter the queue?

There is clearly stated, that a demo out is a minimum for EACH submitted band.
