Shouldn't we keep Infernus in the lineup until a legal decision is reached about who gets to keep the name?

Gaahl and King will keep on touring with the name Gorgoroth, so it seems ok to me to remove Infernus if he does not decide to do the same thing.

From what I understand Infernus also wishes to continue with the name Gorgoroth, and it is not known whether Gaahl and King will be allowed to use this name.

At the moment, Gaahl and King are continuing everything Gorgoroth related. Tours, the web site, everything. Until it's sorted out, I'd leave Gaahl and King in the current line-up and Infernus in the former members section. They did boot him out remember. Additional Notes should be able to sort out anything.

Hmm, good point. I'm not really sure which is the best way to resolve this. I think when it really boils down to it, Infernus should be kept in the lineup regardless of his current involvement in the project. I view his absence from the tour/current going-ons to be more akin to a band member breaking a foot and unable to participate rather than being booted out for being a d-bag. More like a hiatus/vacation than a strict departure.

I think he should be kept in the current line-up but additional notes be added.

P.S. Mutalitia, post one more fucking thing. Seeing your post count at 2999 is driving me fucking bonkers.
