there are a couple local bands that I want to submit but ones demo is just a CD-R with a paper slip case that has the tracks written on the back, and the other is a CD-R with slip case and one of their show flyers as the cover taped on the front. there legit bands with myspaces' and have played many shows. could i submit these bands?

There is already a thread for this at the top of the page, please use it next time. Those are valid submissions however if the bands MySpace page does not give any mention of the releases you have, then you will have to prove their existence with a photo.
