why the fuck i cant do a band page>? its waiting for the approve and then
they cancel it all the time!!

if someone know why so please tell me

If you mean this, this has no releases yet. I have no mercy for users, who are not able to read a couple of simple rules or even articulate themselves, so buzz off!

Every such brainless submission is a complete loss of time for me, think about it.
