I can tell you that the 2nd track has the right translation. But the first track... well, it is something like what is there right now. Lets just say that Finnish is a little trickier than you might think. Lets wait for Napero.

I'd translate the first track as "I'm not seeking power, nor glory", as a bit of fine-tuning to get closer to the original idea and atmosphere, but that's beside the point here.

The tracks are both classic Christmas songs, and thus most probably have established translations. I'm quite convinced that they have both been translated to English, possibly several times, and the right way to do this would be to seek the titles of those translations. That would ensure that a user looking for the tunes on the net, for example would know that he had found the right ones.

In case of such bands as Ajattara, for example, track name translations can have much more freedom (although their song titles are in old-fashioned and twisted poetry, and I haven't been able to translate them to my own satisfaction), but such old, well-known tunes as these should have their "official" translations here.

One I found was "I seek not power nor glory". The only other viable alternative was "We ask for nothing rich or rare". Stuff like this rarely gets translated into other languages, so finding those was more difficult than I expected. Many English sources seemed to leave it untranslated.

Kun joulu on got translated as "When it's Christmas", and likewise, I found only a handful of sources, all of them unofficial.
