I have submitted a band and unknowingly because of Internet page error, I submitted it again because I have no assurance or confirmation that it was accepted in the database. It was an unforced error and the reason for rejecting it was only "you've submitted the same band twice". Can I request for validation of that band? I hope none will be irrated with this.

If the band was legit, met all the criteria and you are sure it was rejected, you can simply resubmit it.
And please, stop writing the album tracklistings in ALL CAPS.
