Pagan Glory is Highley Influenced By Temnojar and Sieg which both are Dark-Ambient, Neo-folk.Their is Guitars in the Band

Yes, but Dark Ambient and Neo-Folk is not metal, not at all.

Thih band plays soft, keyboard based music with acoustic guitars - not even close to metal.

And for a side project it must be released on a label with worlwide distribution - not this case.
You should also provide proof of a physical release for all bands you submit.
