Last Days of Humanity is more grindcore than death metal, while Dead Infection comes close to death metal in style. Read the rules, before you even ask for something.
No chance for them.
http://www.metal-archives.com/guidelines.php
If you have bothered to read the rules, you would know why such bands are being rejected.
As for Foetopsy, argument with samples, which would prove it is enough death metal based.

Yes, only one of the four songs is unacceptable Anal Cunt style, but it would be useful to know, how their actual albums look like in terms of metalness.

It's a pretty mixed bag for Foetopsy. Some songs are noisy grind, others have death metal influence...it's all mixed up like that.

That review proves nothing. Sometimes it says that the music sounds like death metal, and sometimes it refers to it being punk-based. That review is just as confusing as Foetopsy's music.

That's why I've never tried to submit them.

dude, go download "dyspartum", its a little different than the newer songs your probably hearing from their myspace. it's way more reek of putrefaction sounding but some brutal death metal slam parts in places and sick ass crickets

You say no Grindcore. No grindcore, right? Circle Of Dead Children. Go ahead, delete them from your databases. Clinging To The Trees Of A Forest Fire, them too. Maybe Cephalic Carnage too?

Have you read the following?

Here's a dumb question: do you pronounce it FEE-topsy or FOW-topsy? I've generally used the former but my brother contends it's the latter.

On the note of archives validity, I would say that if precedents are admissable evidence, Foetopsy is at least as death metal-inspired as Gore Beyond Necropsy. And they both end in "opsy!" Like "Cryptopsy!" Wow.

Gore Beyond Necropsy have been already proposed for several users for deletion and if all their songs are like the two samples I have heard, I would agree with them wholeheartedly. Punkish noisegrind.
See the "accepted" thread for details, if you want.
So it another borderline band, most probably a mistake.
What would help here would be adownload of one of their albums, which is predominantly metal.

To me Dyspartum is a bit closer to home but still not quite close enough to be considered particularly metally.

I also think that Gore Beyond Necropsy doesn't belong here with the current rules. They're pretty pure noisegrind from what I've heard.

Yeah as much as I love them they really aren't metal. At least, this is going from the Noise-A-Go-Go!! album, which is the only one I've heard. It doesn't even have riffs most of the time, and when they are there they are pretty much composed of two or three power chords. They are less death metal than Napalm Death's Scum. Compare with, for example, Nasum or Pig Destroyer, which have obvious death/thrash influences, and though they are (rightly) termed "grindcore" are certainly metal enough to be on the site.

i agree that they are at least as influenced by dm as GBN, if not moreso... also its pronounced FEE-topsy, ive heard people refer to them as FO-topsy too, but its FEE, as in foetal autopsy

Read, please, what I have said, GBN do not seem to have any dm influences at all, they are just a noisegrind band.

Foetopsy is not going to gain admission. If Gore Beyond Necropsy needs to go, it should be challenged in the requisite thread.
