I have made print-screens ... several of them.

Lost points and received a warning.

They both added fake releases.
metaltotheend added a release with "we piss on hungary" as track and speedthrashermaniac with "we are the dickheads".

I confirm that!
And when i checkd his account now!! im so fucking surprised that he got to be up 1600 points.
few days back i saw him was in 200's points. the day later i couldnt believe my eyes that he turned 600's points breaking veteran status in hell short period. I thought im dreaming! cause this is like WTF.

By the way, his updates are so weird!! and he is kind of those who pick up randomely from newest updated bands.

Yeah, it was definitely him. It seems that his caps is stuck... I worked a bit on the page, but there is still a lot to be done. That band supposedly has around 100 releases, so I've sent him an e-mail asking for the whole discography. I'd rather add them myself than to keep on fixing every release that was added by him.

About T_Ruble, I've sent him an e-mail.

Adding a nameless release is impossible, so is adding a release from 0000 (if I recall correctly). Can only be a database glitch.

Not sure if this needs to be pointed out, but this EvilDescends guy has been graffitting a few pages with this "witchersuckscock" crap.

http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=276020

He's done Metallica, Lamb of God, Megadeth, Ulver and probably a few others.

T_Ruble 2886 points ?

WTFFF?????

I just remember few days ago zorg bringed up his suspicious increasing in the rank "with no bands, no reviews" and he was 1600 or something like that!

And now just suddenly almost 3000 points. You fucking kidding me hahaha. So weird .

And i rarely see his updates by the way! I dunno how he gain such monstrous points in short period looool.

There's clearly a problem with T_Ruble

He just gained 10 points by updating Takara's page and I don't see any changes

More than 50 points gained by updating 6-7 pages this morning

Btw now and my last post yesterday is approx 12 hours and how the hell he gained 200 points.
What kind of hellish updates he do this dude???

For godsake, this is an insult of everone's metalfreak rank or anyone work very hard and get deserved points! 3014 points in few weeks. "Sadness".

Certainly his case does not need no printscreens no hellfuck.
Very logic he is point whore and i prospect he adds invalid dates releases since its the only way to make fast points..." Oh i forgot that he is metalfreak  and he is able to modify anything he want :durr:

Last time I've contacted him, he claimed that he has a lot of free time due to a recent surgery and added a lot of lyrics.

If there is no proof that he's vandalizing any page, exploiting a bug or adding incorrect / useless information, I won't do anything against him. It's as simple as that. I couldn't care less if he has a gazillion points and no bands added.

Adding lyrics and gaining 10 points per page? then this man is a real point whore and definetly adding lyrics one by one "and let's say he do add lyrics"
And i really doubt all his points is by adding lyrics+ the way he gets fast points in short period time is unbelievable.

Another thing i thought about earlier! do a mod or admin can confirm how many valid releases he added throughout this past weeks??? its the only way to get good points if let's say he adds releases for hell of bands in short time....And i highly doubt that.

There is logic please.

Just chill out. It's just internet points. After you become a veteran, nobody wins anything with them.

Anyway, I'll check if he added any albums.

Im fine, but u know, it is not fair for someone having bombastic amount of points for nothing, and someone else who make a good contribution to the site regulary, making valid updates, writing long reviews ect...
Actually this points system makes a good competition here and give a realible summary of someone's contribution! This is what is called challenge. Fair challenge! "im not talking about those who are obssesed about points and looking for "point whoring, trolling around, ect ..."

In this life everything is rewarded! and M-A owners making this points rules was very very smart, because everyone wont do nothing if there isnt challenge or something shows what you do and contribute in "numbers", in "valid proof"! Its the instinct of humain been by default.

Points are far from being an accurate way to measure the user's contribution to MA. If you see the point system as a race and it encourages you to contribute, I guess that's good for us. Not everyone sees it like that, but they keep on contributing.

I've told him how to correctly update lyrics.

His answer:
Quote:
That's not a problem, I'll be sure to do that from now on. Originally I had some problems adding lyrics like that because the page would reset, and I would lose all of what I just did (really frusterating for bands like Voetsek that have 40 or more songs on each album). Thanks to all of you that keep Metal Archives up and running. You guys and girls do a great job.

This man is a point whore. He add inaccurate dates for the releases.
in minutes he jumped from 980 to 1018
He added:
http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=3301 12/04
http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=7828 06
And flow of bands i was noticing his suspicious updates since this evening.
Im sure about Autumn Leaves page, because i know this page very well, and those dates werent there before.

And he still going through many pages on ...

Still adds tracks length one by one, and moreover they are incomplete, just picked up from myspace audio online stream, he did that for 2 releases in a row adding 2 songs out of 8, and the next one were 3 out of 5 just picked up randomly from newest updated.
