Micro amps obviously aren't great, but for those of us with noise concerns and the like they're pretty nifty.

What micro amps do you have experience with? Did you like them?

I've tried Orange Crush Mini, Blackstar Fly 3 (stack version) and Roland Microcube GX.
The Roland is a bit bigger (and more expensive) than the other two, but in terms of value for money I think the Blackstar would be my preferred one. It's got decent tone and supports pedals okay.
I was really disappointed by the Orange micro amp. It sounded really tinny.

i recently bought a Yamaha THR10X, bigger than a micro amp but still compact: I can say that it was one of the best decisions i've made for practicing quietly at home with a sound that isn't embarassing... it's really worth the few extra money. Also the usb input for recording is a huge plus!

An acquaintance of mine got one of those recently! It sounds great

I used to have an Orange Micro Dark. The tonal options were limited, but it had a pretty good sound. When played through my Peavey 6505 4x12 cabinet, it definitely sounded beastly.
